You can pick up or drop off your parcels through Parcelat network anywhere around the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
You have the option to select Parcelat stations as your shipment collection point through the checkout pages of online stores, via shipping companies’ WhatsApp bots, SMS, or by directly contacting your courier for inquiries.
Once your shipping company drops off your parcel at the locker, you will get an SMS with a One Time Password (OTP) and the location. Follow the instructions in the SMS to collect your parcel.
Parcelat lockers are equipped with advanced security features including 24/7 CCTV surveillance, secure access codes (OTP), and are placed in well-lit, monitored areas.
Parcelat network covers most of the major cities in KSA, including Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and remote cities as well.
Parcels can be collected from the lockers within 48 hours from the drop off time. After this period, you can request an extension period through the delivery company, otherwise the parcel will be returned to the sender.
